Our client, a major new energy and hi-tech company listed both in China and US. is seeking for a senior Legal counsel in Beijing, this role will report directly to the CEO and Board of directors:
Chief Legal Director

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

lsupervising the quarterly and annual report in compliance with SEC rules and regulations;

lparticipating in the international deals negotiation and dispute settlement in relation to the company;

lanalyzing and evaluating legal risk of major deals and contracts

lInitiating legal opinions and providing legal frameworks for international projects

lProviding general legal advisory for company’s routine operation

Requirements:

lAt least 3 years of experiences in international law firms or MNCs

lLawyers qualified in  PRC / US 

lExperience of IPO in New York Security Exchange market preferred

lCandidate shall have sound knowledge of SEC rules and regulations,

lexperience of Secondary offering in NYSE and supervising the legal matters of the quarterlyand annual reports of a NYSE listed company is necessary

l-- PRC exposure and corporate commercial experience preferred

lWorking language : English and Mandarin
