一般情况下，没有问题；但不意味着，这里不重要，相反“合同名称”或者文章“标题”都非常重要，如果翻错，会立刻招来发稿人或者客户的反应。

1 、 confidential ：
1 ） 出现在合同首页右上角位置时：机密文件
2 ） 在保密条款中：保密，保密信息
