Linklaters has flown New York corporate and M&A partner Andrew Mackie in to Hong Kong to boost its resources in a currently busy Greater China corporate practice.

With experience in joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, Andrew has advised on corporate transactions in the United States, Russia, Western Europe and Asia. Prior to his two years in New York, Mackie was based in Linklaters' London office for 12 years.

Zili Shao, Linklaters' Greater China managing partner, said Mackie joins "in the lead up to a particularly busy end of the calendar year".
