We currently have the following positions available for Beijing Office:
1. Position: Attorney/Trainer
Number of Positions: 1-2
Eligibility:
Law Degree (LLB, LLM etc.). We prefer someone who has done LLM from US and/or has worked with US Law Firm for sometime as a Paralegal or an Attorney.
3-8 years of experience  in Corporate.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Open to work in the night shifts.
Excellent Drafting Skills.
Responsibilities:
To handle team/teams of Lawyers.
Interacting with US clients.
Understanding LPO Model and Importance of Team Work.
Leadership Abilities.
Crisis Management Abilities.
Strong Advisory Skills.
The job requires out to the box thinking.
Good Learner. Able to take initiatives and execute the action plans.

2. Position: Manager-Patents
Number of Positions: 1-2
Eligibility:
Law Degree (LLB, LLM etc.). We prefer someone who has done LLM from US and/or has worked with US Law Firm for sometime as a Paralegal or an Attorney and B.Tech, M.Tech, BE, ME.
3-8 years of experience in Patents, Infringement and Trademark.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Open to work in the night shifts.
Responsibilities:
To work closely with HR in establishing Patent team comprising of Lawyers & Engineers.
To handle Lawyers and Engineers team working on difference projects.
Interacting with US clients.
To work closely with Marketing Team.
Understanding LPO Model and Importance of Team Work.
Leadership Abilities.
Crisis Management Abilities.
Strong Advisory Skills.

3. Position: Language Coach/Trainer
Number of Positions: 1
Eligibility:
Graduate in English or any graduate degree.
1-3 years of experience in training/ teaching of US English as a language.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Open to work in the Flexible shifts.
Must have knowledge of the US language and culture
Knowledge about history, literature and/or legal system of US/UK will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Creating awareness among employees for business etiquettes.
Enhancing the communication skills of employees.
Understanding the legal outsourcing model and importance of team work.
Leadership abilities.
Crisis management abilities.
Conducting refresher trainings on regular basis.
Training the employees on correct usage of grammar.
Good Learner. Able to take initiatives and execute the action plans.
